Puoi prendere l'autobus daTerminal de Quitumbe a Quito, per questo possiamo citare compagnie di trasporto come: Transpoortes Baños o Putumayo.
Gli autobus coprono la rotta Quito-Puerto El Carmen, e quindi possono lasciare i passeggeri al ponte sul fiume Cuyabeno.

Le unità lasceranno il terminal verso le 19:00, le 21:00 o le 23:00 circa; si consiglia di andare con un tempo ragionevole per prendere l'autobus senza difficoltà, il viaggio dura circa 8 ore.
